Small Updates

I have changed some values in the talents, mostly to disincentivize builds that only use passive effects, or to disincentivize builds that focus only on combat. The XP section has been changed to emphasize the games OSR roots and point towards expected playstyle, suggesting GP=XP as the main distribution method.
