New Talent Update

I made a small update, gating some talents behind stat requirements. Some of the talents are just much better than others.
Some of them also share a "domain" with other attributes flavorwise. I got a couple comments that picking talents in more than one column wasn't worth it, so I added some requirements to incentivize it. Hope you have fun with it!
